Fleet-wide operating view
See active routes, trucks, drivers, maintenance, documents, live trip intelligence and recent activity without jumping between separate tools.
RoadReady connects the vehicle list to the work happening around it: dispatch, provider GPS/HOS, distance progress, maintenance, documents, fuel, driver workflow and business records.
See active routes, trucks, drivers, maintenance, documents, live trip intelligence and recent activity without jumping between separate tools.
Keep unit records, default driver-truck relationships, provider mapping and data health visible in the same fleet workspace.
Connect repair requests, preventive service, fuel/odometer history and supporting documents to the equipment your team actually uses.
Fleet management becomes easier when vehicle records are not isolated from dispatch. RoadReady connects the fleet list to route assignments, live vehicle data, driver workflow, maintenance, fuel, documents and accounting context.
Add trucks and trailers, confirm status, set driver defaults and connect the telematics source you already use.
Dispatch the route with the correct driver, truck, trailer, stops and appointments.
Use live route progress, ETA risk, provider health, repair requests and missing documents to focus on what needs attention.
Preserve route, document, maintenance, fuel and accounting records so the next decision starts with context.
RoadReady deliberately separates provider authorization from actual data availability. That prevents a green “Connected” badge from being mistaken for a fresh truck point or valid HOS clock.
RoadReady uses fresh mapped vehicle location from supported providers when available.
Verified HOS-capable providers can supply drive, shift and cycle availability used for planning.
Driver-shared location and manual/planning HOS remain clearly labeled fallbacks.
Test the workflow without pretending simulated data is a certified ELD or real device.

Custom means real entitlements. RoadReady can assign negotiated limits and feature access to a specific organization rather than forcing a large fleet into a hard-coded standard plan.
Explore the connected parts of RoadReady instead of treating fleet management as a standalone vehicle database.
Fleet management software gives owners and dispatchers one place to manage vehicles, routes, drivers, maintenance, documents, operating visibility and related records instead of separating them across spreadsheets and messaging apps.
Yes. RoadReady is designed for owner-operators and small to growing trucking companies, with standard plans up to 15 trucks and a Custom / Enterprise option for larger or negotiated fleets.
When a supported telematics provider is connected and mapped, RoadReady can use fresh vehicle GPS. Without provider telematics, a driver can share a current location as a fallback. RoadReady does not continuously track the driver phone by default.
Yes. RoadReady includes repair requests, vehicle status, preventive maintenance scheduling and supporting records so operational issues stay visible to the office.
Supported HOS-capable providers can supply current clocks when the driver is mapped and data is fresh. RoadReady labels the source and uses fallback planning data when verified live HOS is unavailable.
RoadReady supports plan and feature entitlements. Standard plans have defined limits, while Custom / Enterprise agreements can use negotiated truck, driver, dispatcher and feature access.
