Automatic load intake
Turn supported emailed Rate Confirmations and BOLs into review-ready route data instead of retyping every stop, reference and appointment.
RoadReady turns emailed load paperwork into review-ready dispatch, connects every stop to the driver and truck, and keeps distance progress, ETA, documents, customer visibility and closeout in the same workflow.
Turn supported emailed Rate Confirmations and BOLs into review-ready route data instead of retyping every stop, reference and appointment.
Keep yard, pickup, stop and delivery sequence, appointment windows, driver, truck, trailer and instructions together.
Use road distance, current vehicle location and verified HOS data when available to keep ETA and risk visible.
RoadReady is built around a simple principle: the load should become one shared operational record. Dispatch reviews the source paperwork, assigns the route, and the same trip then powers the driver workspace, distance progress, stop ETA, documents, customer visibility and delivery closeout.
A broker or customer sends the load to the company Load Inbox or dispatch uploads the document manually.
Review extracted fields, confirm every operational stop, then assign the driver and equipment.
Provider GPS/HOS, route status and stop sequence feed the live ETA and distance-progress picture.
The driver uploads POD, the route closes, and configured accounting automation can prepare the invoice handoff.
RoadReady separates account connection, truck mapping, driver mapping, live GPS and live HOS so “connected” never pretends that device data exists when it does not.
Supported GPS + HOS adapter when the fleet account, truck and driver are authorized and mapped.
Supported GPS + HOS adapter with provider authorization and RoadReady mapping.
Supported vehicle and HOS integration through the configured Geotab connection.
Vehicle location source only. RoadReady does not treat GPSWOX as an ELD/HOS authority.
HOS stays provider-first. ETA uses verified fresh HOS when available, then a clearly labeled manual/planning fallback. RoadReady does not manufacture legal clocks from GPS data.

These pages explain the driver, fleet and paperwork sides of the same system.
Trucking dispatch software organizes load intake, route stops, driver and equipment assignments, status, trip visibility, documents and communication so dispatch and drivers work from the same operating record.
Yes. Automatic Load Inbox can receive supported Rate Confirmations, BOLs and PODs by email. RoadReady extracts operational details and sends uncertain items to review instead of silently creating an unreliable route.
When a supported provider is connected and mapped, RoadReady can use fresh vehicle GPS and supported HOS clocks for operational ETA. GPSWOX is treated as GPS-only; HOS requires a verified HOS-capable source or a planning fallback.
Yes. Owner or Dispatcher users can create an expiring customer tracking link. Exact truck location and driver name remain carrier-controlled privacy options.
No. RoadReady is an operations and planning system. The connected ELD or telematics provider remains the authoritative HOS source, and drivers must follow legal and carrier requirements.
RoadReady can support a POD-to-invoice workflow and QuickBooks Online synchronization when the integration is enabled and configured. Accounting records should still be reviewed by the company.
